This is what I read on the US consulate page:
All male applicants between the ages of 16 and 45 must also submit a fully completed and signed Supplemental Application Form DS-157.

I read something different in one of the posts? Could someone confirm is Male applicants need DS-157. I took appointment for my parents some time ago with TTS.
