Please give your valuable advice.

I have appointment through TT Services for November
end.But due to urgency,I want to move for an earlier date
through VFS Visa services, In such case:-

1. Can I book for a VFS appointment without cancelling
my TTS Services appointment?

2. Supposing I don't get an earlier date in November,the
visa application fee paid through HDFC-will it be
adjusted for my confirmed TTS interview ?
