    Hi

I'm on H4. My parents and my sister with a baby(7 months old) plan to come to US for 45 days for sightseeing. Will there be a problem to get their visitor's visa ? I have a doubt whether it will be rejected. Should we have to apply separate for my parents and separate for my sister and her baby?

Depends a lot on your parents' situation. Whether they are retired,
their financial status and do they have other children at home.
Is your spouse sending an I-134 for them or are they spending their
own money. What does your sister's husband do?
If they are traveling together they should take one appointment
    together at the embassy.
Also, they should say their main purpose is to visit you guys and not
    just sightseeing.

      Thanks for the immediate response.

My parents are retired. And they run a business. My sister and her husband has a business on their own too. We go to india once a year. Next year instead of us going, they plan to come.

My husband will pay for the I-134.

If they have plenty of money, they should show that they are spending their own money and not show I-134. If your sister can afford the trip she should also show her own(husband's) money and not I-134. This will go in their favour. Your parents should not say they are retired. They should say
they run a business and show the business registration papers, tax returns and balance sheets. I think only one of your parents should apply because
the question that who will take care of the business while they are away
will definitely be asked. And one parent at home may act as a tie for the other to come back to home country.
