visitor Visa (Tourist,B2) Need help.

Hello all,
Can anybody please tell me where I can download the documents of visitor Visa B2. I want to send the documents to my father. Any help would be appriciated.

there is nothing much.

passport + visa + entry stamp copies, invitation on letterhead, salary slip.

If you are funding then send I-134 with tax return and bank statement. If he is self funding no need for that.

Most of the time they do not look at any documents.
