My mother's Visitor Visa got rejected (214 B) on Sep 29 2005. Both my parents are retired. My father got his visa on Sep 2003 and my mother was in Canada then, so she couldn't apply for Visa.
Q1) I have two sisters. Elder sister settled in Canada and younger sister is unmarried and currently in U.S on a short-term project (H1, 4months). Should I take the 2nd appointment for my mother after she returns back to India or is it ok to make another try?
I am planning to process Visa for my in-laws also. My mother-in-law's appointment is in Dec. My father in law is still in service and his appointment is on Jan.
Q2) My wife is employed in U.S. Should I process my in-laws papers or should I ask my wife to fill the I-134 for them?
