doubts in ds-156 and 157
hello
in the ds-156 form for mother asked spouse full name in passport my dad full name is as last name first name format should i write like that as in passport or write as first name last name format......................
also once again clear me if ds-157 needed for mom in chennai consulate.........in this web site it is given ds--157 irrespective of age and sex other websites given not needed for females so confused please clear......
