Ensure documents are checked

Hi,

I wanted to know how can we get the consular to go through the documents. I have had two prior experiences where the documents were not checked or even looked at. Why do they do that? I really feel helpless, we take all efforts to put the papers together and they don't bother to see it.

You cannot ensure that. For them a person's
situation is more important than the documents.
You should concentrate more on changing your situational issue that got
you the refusal.
