If i am on b2 visa for 1 month, i have following question:

(1) May i get marry to any US citizen within that period of time?
(2) Do i need to take any kind of permission ?
(3) What if oppsite fellow whom i am getting married is not finicaily stable?
(4) Do i need to face interview for getting married and show some pictures and give any valid concrete reason to getting marry over there?

Simply getting married is perfectly allowed while you are on a B2.
You do not need to take any immigration permissions or face any interviews.


But if you want to change B2 to green card after getting married
you will have to think carefully and your spouse's financial position will matter.

2- no permission as long as your partner is okay with you but you do have to apply for marriage license permit prior to your marriage , it depends on state where you going to get married
3 that's the immigration question ,if he/she is not finanacially stable find a citizen or gc holder for sponsorship, you can two sponsors if one can't but I prefer one sponsor
4 no interview just your valid passport and register prior to your wedding date
