Since you are not in a job and do not have enough cash, you will not
be able to sponsor them (that is sending an I-134, affidavit of support).
But they can come by showing that they are spending their
own money for the trip for which they will have to show good income
and funds at home. But be advised that most consulars do not
give visas for the time of baby delivery so a letter from the doc
won't be necessary. They can say that they are just going to visit
you guys in US but many times the consular will ask them if their
daughter is pregnant and they will have to tell the truth.

Follow the visitor visa link on the homepage
of this forum to know more about the documents.

First off - congrats on the baby.

You need to sign I-134. That requires a bank statement of sorts. I can see thats the only issue. I think you should not mention that you are having a baby bcoz they might suspect parents to settle here.

No, that is not the only issue. I-134 is not mandatory. If someone
has enough money to fund his own trip to US, he does not require an
        I-134.
