Travel on Visitor visa- within 6 month

My parents got Visitor visa on last dec 2013 -but they want to come on jan 2015. I heard that after getting visitor visa , they have to come within 6 months..is it true??
Can they enter in USA anytime ? Visitor visa validity till dec 2023..

No such rule. They can enter USA anytime till Dec 2023.

Visit visa during immigration status pending..

Hi we have filed for Eb3 visa and that s pending due to retrogression. Meanwhile we have a program invitation to attend in Chicago. Will it affect our immigration petition? Is it possible ..Please assist with your advice.
