I have one question. My father's B-1/B2 5 year multiple visa is ending on 15th april. He is planning to come to USA on 28th march. My concern is that whether he will be asked and may be his entry can be denied on port on entry because of his visa ending on 15th april 2014.
My question is that if he can travel and will he be given entry if he travel on visa which is about to expire in next few weeks ?
Any helpful information will be appreciated.

why are you worried. When the visa is valid he will be given entry. It has nothing to do with being close to expiry.

My personal experience; I took my mom to US when her visa had only 3 days left. And she had no problems entering.

Father Name in my passport has a spelling difference from Father's Passport

Hi

In my passport I have a spelling issue with my father's name when compared to my father's name in his passport will this be an issue for my parent's Visa. Did anyone came across this issue and still got a Visa.

For Example

Name of Parent in My Passport : SEETHA instead of SITA.
