Parents Visitor Visa Interview in May but my H1B expiring in September
Hi,
My parents have their visitor Visa interview scheduled in May 2014, However my 3 years of H1B visa expires in September 2014. The extension of another 3 years will be initiated by June-July which will be after my parents appear for their Visa interview. Also I do have my I-140 approved and have a priority date. My question is: My H1B visa expiring in Sep2014, Will it be a hindrance or a reason for the refusal of Visitor Visa to my parents, since my Visa expires within 4 months of them being given a Visitor Visa. ? I will be sponsoring their travel and stay in US.
