VFS - Visa Fee Query

Hi,
I am planning to bring my parents on visitor visa and wanted to know, as by the new process (VFS) of scheduling the visa appointments, does it require my parents to be available in person to pay the visa fee at the designated HDFC Braches or is it like anyone else could pay the fee on their behalf with their passport copies.

Please let me know..

Hi, Thanks for the update..and appreciate the same.

I have read the rules for the fees payments while using VFS.

But my question really here was, that should the person who is travelling be available in person at the HDFC bank branch to pay the fees or can the Demand Draft be submitted by someone else also on behalf of the person who is travelling?
