I have a B2 (Visitors Visa) to the USA. My first Date of Entry was on 25th Feb 2014. I returned back to India on 25th March 2014 because i was permitted to stay on till then. Since my first visit is only for a month. How soon can i go back? I want to visit some places in west.

* is there anything written in front of ANNOTATION?

they gave you one month because you asked for 6 months.
If you had asked for one they would have given you 6. Yes.
Did they put you through an interview in a separate room?
Are you a retired or a working age person?
To be safe, I suggest you wait for at least 5 months.Comment
