visitor visa for in-laws question. plz help

Hello,

my in-laws are applying for tourist visa in first week of Apr'14. they are self sponsored.
I am on H1 and my wife is on H4. She is also studying..we applied for F1 for her but F1 is not approved yet..its in process.
When VO ask my in-laws what your daughter so, what should be the appropriate/specific answer to this one?
Should it be that she is on H4 OR
should it be that she is on H4 and studying

If we mention about her study, would it create any issue?

Can you please suggest?

currently she is on H-4 so the simple answer should be H-4, and show her H-4 visa.

Do not mention studying with it, it is not approved yet so it won't matter if not mentioned.

And they will also ask about your work and salary etc, even if you are not sponsoring.
Send a copy of your petition,your visa and your salary slip.
