I am inviting my parents for visitor visa. I am filing I-134 for them. I have couple of questions.
1. How ok is it to invite parents on pregency basis. My father is Goverment officer and has good property in india. My wife is pregenent and i would like to invite them for pregenecy and visiting USA. How risky is that. Can you suggest other alternatives.
2. In derived annual income should i put the 2005 (Current year) income or 2004 (last years) income accroding to income tax return figure. My this year income is far more better than the last year income. So what should i project in the column. Should i calculate the yearly income of this year (2005) and show by support of pay stubs and job letter and w-2 of last (2004) year or i have to show the last year(2004) income with support of w-2 of 2004.
3. I am inviting my both parents (mother and father) and I and my wife are sponsering them. I donot understand how many I-134 forms do i need to file. Can i jointly sponser by offering only one I-134 to them by signing both me and my wife. and Do i need seperate I-134 for my monther and father.
