Spelling difference in my Grandparents Passport-Visitor Visa B2

Hello friends, i am currently applying B2 visa for my grandparents to come to USA. My Grandmother's last name is my Grandfather's first name, which is POWNRAJ(this is the correct spelling) But my Grandfather's first name spelling is not the same, it is as PAWNRAJ. Does this affect in any way the Visa interview for B2 visa approval?

Please help me to get clear in that, as soon as possible.
