visitor visa fees- draft in favor of???

Hi
while paying visitor visa fee, immihelp website is the latest info but that is through VFS.
I already booked before oct 1 through TTS

the above chennai website says demand draft in favor of "american consulate general"
isnt it through TTS or VFS???

Please clarify immihelp!

If you have booked the appointment through TTS, you need to make demand draft for the courier fee of Rs. 441, payable to "TT Services".

Visa application fee of Rs. 4,400 and issuance fee of Rs. 2, 200 payable to "American Consulate General, Chennai".

Carry all 3 demand drafts to the interview.
