Entry into U.S. after committing petty theft

In 2011 while I was a student in the U.S. I was convicted of petty theft and I am now wanting to go back for a visit on a B2 visa that expires in 2019. I have a court disposition of the crime. I received no jail time and paid a fine. I am able to get it expunged and sealed but I never got around to doing that.

Would this affect my entry into the country?
