I am reposting this as I haven't heard from anyone on this. Apologies for inconvenience, if any.
How can i schedule a group appointment for visitor visa for parents in VFS online system. US consulate prefers that spouse should attend same interview (pls see FAQs below from US consulate site). However, there doesn't seem to be a direct way of adding / scheduling same interview for parents on VFS. Pls let me know if I am missing something here. I would really appreciate your reply.

Family members (principal applicant and dependents) can schedule appointments in the same time slot via TTS. However, each H1B visa applicant needs a separate appointment (even married couples who each have an H1B). In fact, the Consulate prefers that your spouse and/or children attend the same interview with you EVEN IF THEY PLAN TO TRAVEL SEPARATELY AT A LATER DATE.
