tourist visa fo indian student during summer vacation

i want to travel in europe for 30 to 45 days in june,july 2014...i am pursuing undergraduate course from delhi and my age is 21...my grandfather will be funding my trip..his annual income(pension) is 5-6 lakh and much fixed deposits.is it possible for me to get a schengen visa?how much there is chance of refusal?

for a 21 year old it is natural that his parents should fund his trip. Having granddad sponsor becomes unnatural.
Having a govt job does not preclude him from funding you but yes his salary would be important. If he is not earning that well, I think you should wait till
you get a job and go on your own salary.
