After the new rules is it so that one cannot apply by personally going to the applicaiton center? Does it have to be done online only?

why i ask is because the waiting times if one went personally to apply were a lot less when compared to applying online...

Coz now the waiting time for visitor visa at mumbai is very long - february is the earliest!
