Need help regarding visit visa

Hello
I'm male 35 from Pakistan, married and have 3 kids.
i want to apply a visit visa with my wife and kids for pleasure. I have visited UK thrice (have 3 visa stickers on my passport)for pleasure trip and visited uae several times alone and twice with family.
Doing real estate business since 2003 , have properties and agricultural land in my name.
Annual income approximately 50 lac.
Living in joint family system with parents and brother n his family.
My parents and unmarried sister got us visit visa last month. Can visa officers trace that my parents got already visa and is it negative.kindly reply.

your parents having a visa is NOT a negative. It should not worry you.
Anyway you do not need to mention that anywhere in the form and
it may not even come up at the interview unless you say you are traveling with them.

with your background, chances are good that you will get a visit visa.

Sir when I write my parents name and date of births in my visa form, is it automatically tractable by embassy's computer that they have already gotten visa.

I am worried they might think that we are getting visas in groups with an intention not to come back.

can you post what they said in their interview ? some details purpose and who they will be traveling with and when?

My parents interview details;

My Father: Good Morning
Visa officer: Good Morning
Visa officer: why you are going to US.
My Father: To visit my nephew and for a pleasure trip.
Visa officer:have you visited any country before.
My Father:yes, UAE.
Visa officer to my sister(26):what do you do?
My sister: I am a student of M.A. English.
Visa officerk, from which institute?
My sister: told institute name.
Visa officer: where are your siblings.
My sister: they are in Pakistan.
Visa officer: ok visas granted.

They write in application forms that they intend to visit US in July 2014.

Thank you very much for your help. One last thing, besides real estate business I'm working as president of Baqa foundation ngo(working for street children) and "managing editor" of a monthly urdu magazine. Should I mention these things in my application.

Also there is a question if you are a member of any organizations; you can write NGO's name there.
