Hi,
I am Muhammad, I have recently applied for USA B2 (Visit Visa), I am living in Dubai and have interview on 22nd April. Before that I was living in UK, where I studied. Back in UK I was convicted for a "False representation case" and was given suspended sentence of 12 months, additionally some community work. I have already declared it in my application. My question is would I be refused on the basis of this conviction which is not imprisonment and not more than 12 months?
Please advice me on same. Financially I have no issue since I am working professional.
