they do not ask for any documents very often and one or two maybe. Carrying too many may create clutter and confusion at the window if one is asked for.
So let them carry the really important ones ready to be produced;

mainly docs from you; invitation, your sponosrship ( I-134) ,your salary slip, your visa copy .

since you are funding, so their income, financial documents, property documents, are not important. They can carry them in a separate folder.

Sorry I was not clear, I am looking for the list of documents for the other couple (their son is sponsoring the trip). I have the document set ready for my parents, it was easier since I have many friends whose mom dad have visited them in US.
