Visitors Visa for my parents when L1B is expired but I-94 is valid

Hi all,
I came to the USA on an L1B Visa. My VISA is now expired but I am currently staying in the USA on my I-94. I have a valid I94 till July 2016. I have a couple of questions, could you please reply to me as soon as possible.

1. Can I apply for a Visitors VISA for my Parents with a Valid I-94?

2. We are expecting a baby and will there be any issues to apply for PIO card for my baby as we are currently staying in the USA on valid I-94?

Q1. yes you can. Visa is for admission only. Stay is more important while sponsoring parents. Send copies of your petition, expired visa and your valid I-94.
Q 2. PIO for your child please look up Indian high commission Washington DC webpage or any Indian consulate webpage near your place of residence.

Hi Nilesh,
I was able to apply for visitor VISA for my Parents. They got the VISA without any issues and also traveled to the USA. You can apply for B2 VISA when you have a valid I-94 as well.
There were no questions asked either during VISA or in the Immigration.
