Hello please advice I am planing to apply for a visit visa I have been to USA back in 2001 spend five month entry was for six month. I did obtain SSN and driving license now new question D160 if you hold or ever had driving license since then my nationality has also change should I mention about SSN and Driving License or not please advice

I had a similar question. I lived in the US a few years ago. I had a SSN. But I don't remember it, and have long lost the SS card. Would like to return as tourist now. What should I put in the SSN question in DS160?

SSN is easy for them to find from name and DOB , nationality does not matter.
Also if you withhold some info now, and later if you are going through some immigration process like a green card
that can surface and hurt you.

They can ask you why you got these two and why 5 months of stay. So be ready with a good explanation.

For example, back in the ninetees, one needed an SSN to open a bank account in the US.
which they later stopped for tourists , when I am not sure.

Since then I have five passport full with entry and exit different country many visit to UK china HK Singapore Malaysia Bangkok South Africa many more

My trip is to see my sister only for three week
