Information About father and Travel Companions Information

Hello everybody.

I'm Colombian and Im filling ds 160 (B2 Tourism) for my girlfriend, so I have 2 doubts.

1. My girlfriend wasn´t register for his father (she was abandoned) , she was registered with surnames of her mother, we should fill data about her father o we should fill "Do not Know", I do the question because if we fill information about her father , so then the surnames do not match with her father, so 3 years ago we know that her father is dead.

2. In section travel companion , we planed to travel with my family, what kind of relationship we have to fill because doesnt exist "BOYFRIEND", I have to put "OTHER" for me , and for my parents "FRIENDS"??, this is in the list of people that going to travel with us and their relationship.

2. what is the purpose of visit to US? Are you visiting someone in US?
Because showing traveling with boyfriend and family is not a good idea.

No we don't know anybody in USA.

My family (father, mother, sister) got the visa for tourism 2 years ago, So I' m planning to get the visa for the same purpose just vacation Me and my girlfriend,

I filled(Me) the ds 160 and fill that I'm going to travel with my parents (TRAVEL COMPANION), and the same way I'm fiilling that my girlfirend is traveling with us. but the question is what kind of relationship we have to fill in the form DS160 for her.

Or I should fiill that I just traveling with my girlfriend.

My form I Signed (Finished), and now I'm filling the form of my girlfriend

And other question, the number of days of intended stay in USA ,I filled for my DS160 7 days (it was an error I shoud be fill 15 days), is it relevant?.
So in the form of ds160 for my girlfriend I'm Filling 15 days, or I should fill 7 days.

So I accept your advice very thankfully.

for her you can write traveling with friend and his family.

Yes, days of stay is very important. They will ask for your plan for all the 15 days. where all you want to go. So make a plan on a paper.
Fill 15 for her and change it to 15 for yourself.

Also please note that her visa will depend on her ties to colombia. If she has a job and has any income . ALso who is funding her trip?

I signed the form DS160 , so I would fill another for me ?

or better I should fill form ds160 of her with 7 days, and make plan for 7 days, actually plans we have not. We are planning maybe for next year do the trip, it can be 7 days or 15 days.
So we want to get the visa right now because actually in colombia is a good moment to try to get it.

I have a doubt if I get the visa, I could stay more days that I filled in ds160, how I said its only for vacations, I have a job and the maximun days of vacation are 15 or 20 if I don't count hollydays, So I filled 7 days initialy because I think if we fill more days we have to demonstrate more incomes.

yes she has a job and income (750 $US month), so I filled she will pay her trip. but really I help her with half of trip, but that option don't appears.
My income is 1700 $US month


my purpose is obtain the visa , and the next year join with my family planning and make a trip or could be that I just travel with my girlfriend.

really we don't know how many days we are going to stay in US.

with respect ties she has all family in colombia and has a job for 7 years ago in a Bank.


additional I put that the trip will be in June 15/2014 (I filled ds160 in january/2014 and I just in this moment I'm going to pay and programming date)


you recomended fill another ds160 or how I exposed modify ds160 for my girlfriend with 7 days of trip.
