Financial info in DS160 for B2 visa

My mom is applying to come to my graduation function with B2 visa. While filling her DS160, in the "monthly income (if salaried)" column , I only posted her salary which is about 30k. But she also has other sources which make her monthly income ~1 lac. I have read on forums that low income can cause rejection. Right now , Im unable to retrieve her DS160 to correct it as well.

1. I want to know what corrective action I can take ? Should I fill in an alternate DS160 and show it to the VO at the time of interview?

2. Just to provide some additional background, my mom is a widow, has a government job and property in India. Both her kids, i.e, my brother and I study in US. What are her chances of visa approval ?

sorry to say, it may not even come to income.
widowhood and both children in US are two major negatives.

you can edit the form , call the stanley center in india they will tell you how to do it.
