Hello. I am a holder of a Russian Passport & a resident in Ireland, I had an interview and I can't remember all the exact questions but here is just what I can remember :

Answer: Yes he came to see my family in Ireland.

answer Yes.

Answer: 7 Years
Do you have a family in Ireland ?
Yes , Mother , Sister , Brother
Where do you work?
Answer : I am a freelancer & I work online
can I see your statement ?
answer : I gave him a document with an official stamp ($$$$$,$$ balance)
what do you do exactly ?
Answer : I sell online promotion & advertising .
is your company registered?
Yes it is , On paypal
No is incorporated in Ireland?
Answer: no
How do you pay your taxes ?
Answer: All transactions are recorded on paypal , I am not paying taxes yet but this year is my tax year.

Your visa is denied because you can work from anywhere in the world.


Whattttttttttttttttttt that's crazy , So I gotta work on a boss now in real life ? wtf.....


Can anyone give me advice what I should do in my situation ?
How can I enter USA legally and meet my friend ?

It is actually the big picture you presented not only that one reason the officer gave you.

A visitor visa requires an intent to return but your presentation showed an intent otherwise.

1.The type of work you showed is online, it is not registered, and you are not paying taxes. So there is nothing in it that will bring you back to ireland.
2. You have demonstrated an intent to migrate from Russia so it is very likely that you will not return from US also.
3. Plus your purpose to go to US is just a casual friend meeting and you are single, which can mean anything.


Get your work registered, pay taxes, show strong income , it should appear it is stable work not something you can just leave one day and go.
