  • Need immediate help for visitor visa sponsorship form india

    Hi,

I am living in India and planning to sponsor my parents USA trip to meet up mu sister. My parents are planning to take USA visa by next month.
I read so many blog and everywhere it's mention about a person who is living USA can sponsor their relatives but my question is that a person from India can sponsor their parents USA trip?

Should a person from India has to fill up I-134 form? if no, then should we have to notarized or affidavit stating the sponsorship?

    Need immediate help !!!

    Thanks,
    Dharti

if the parents can show their own money there is no need for sponsorship(funding) from USA . Anyway, self funding is always better for visa success.
Yes, you can show funding for your parents but parents showing their own money is always better.
Your income and work proof will be required ( salary slip, tax returns). And an invitation from your sister. I-134 is required to be sent only when US host is funding.

    These issues are also important;

what is your sister's visa status?
what is your parents' work status in India ? If retired, do they have good savings?
What is your income roughly /yr? Are you married with family?

      Hello,
      Thanks for replying.

My Parents are retired and they don't have regular monthly income. So we thought to sponsor them.

My sister is on H4 Visa. And yes I am married.
So as far as if, I have enough money and and work proof ,there is no problem to sponsoring them.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

      Thanks,
