Future visits to the USA. What options are available now for my spouce?
I work for a 319b company, and I am the USC. We live in Singapore. She is from Myanmar, and has great difficulty getting a B2.
We have a K1. We are getting married in the USA three weeks from now. We can only afford to stay in the USA for two weeks.
> Getting a B2 in the future is not possible due to the lame US policy denying visas to spouses of US citizens.
> AOS is not an option for lack of time so getting a green card is not an option.
> Fast naturalization is not an option because Myanmar does not recognize dual citizenship. If she gets US citizenship our plan to retire in Myanmar is over.
