Applicants documents for visitor visa- Imp!

Hi,

Parents going for visitor visa, Nov 3.Need some clarifications regarding the following applicants documents:

1.property statement originals or photo copies ok?or notarize them?
2.income tax returns 1 year enough or more
3.LIC-Life Insurance documents-do we need to show them?will that help towards property documents?
