Dear All,
I am permanent resident in UK, and am having a strong ties with U.K (job, property, bank balance). My parents are having a 5 year visiting visa for UK and are coming to UK regularly for 4-5 months each visit from last 1.5 years.
My mother wanted to visit her sister in U.S so i applied for a visiting visa with all necesaary documents first in New Delhi U.S Embassy and now in London US Embassy. Both the applications are rejected.
The reason given in New Delhi was : you live so many months in a year in london so you have no ties with India.
The reason given in London : Visa was rejected in your native country so we cannot issue you a visa.
I am the only son and my sister is married and settled in india. We have properties in India, good bank balance, stong family ties (in Indai and UK only), There is no reason for my mother to stay in America.
So i don't know what should i provide them, to justify my case.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
