How to apply visitor visa for my Brother

my brother is 28 year old and he is not married ....he is doing some project works in India......and he wants to visit US just for pleasure and our mom and dad live in India so he has to take care of them so he cant stay in US permanently

coming to me i am married and i got my green card but i havent got my citizenship yet and i am a house wife.......and i am looking for a job....

Honestly, it is very difficult for a young , single person to get visa just for
pleasure. Taking care of parents is not convincing enough a reason to come
back. It will be easier if his purpose of visit is related to his job in India(like to attend a conference or a short training program in US) and even for that he will have to show that his job in India is permanent and vey well paying so the consular is convinced that he will come back.

No, properties do not carry much weight. The most important thing
would be his job in India. If he can prove that it is permanent and well
paying , then maybe he has a chance.

1. If my brother applies for visa and he gets rejected then will this affect on my parents visa approval when they apply for a visa?

2. Or is it better to apply visa for my brother along with my parents?

3. My brother does not have a permanent job he has his own business .....so its not possible for him to show that he has a permanent job...... so will his own business help him in getting the visa

It is a good thing having a good business . Then the best thing would be
for him to come to US on a business trip. He should search the internet
for a company in the US that he can do business with and draw out a business plan.Get brochures, letters of invitation from the company in US. He will have to show business registration, balance sheets, income tax returns
and good turnover in India. Other documents for a business visa(B1) are
suggested on the US embassy website.
If he is applying for a business visa, I think he should apply and travel
without his parents.
