I will be leaving for India this december to get my H1 stamped in India.
My H1 just started this October.
I have a halt at london heathrow for refueling. We do not have to leave th e plane. Dio I still need to take the Transit visa?????
My passport does have a F1 visa uptil 2007. Will that solve the problem.
If i do have to get the transit visa what are the formalities..Awaiting ur replies...
