In my passport it is "Pritam Kaur" as it is a complete name change, I am not able to get any information to how to get it changed in my passport.

I got links on internet of to change the spelling mistakes. Please Help!!!

there is a question on DS 160 "other names used" where she can write her original name before the name change, so the embassy will have both the names.
You do not need to get it corrected in your passport .

Anyway they do not ask for a copy of your passport showing your parents names.

No documents are to be submitted. All the documents have to be carried to the interview window and produced if asked for. A lot of cases, they do not ask forany documents and do not match any names.
But you must use her new name in her passport ,in all the forms you send for sponsorship.(I-134). And it is advisable she carry a proof ( affidavit etc. to prove that she changed her name), to be on the safe side.
