Vistitor Visa Sponsor Visa Expiry

Hi All,

I am sponsoring my mother-in-law to USA for my wife delivery.

My H1-B Visa end on Nov 30, 2014. Can i sponsor her with out any issues.

Do we have any concerns in Visitor Visa as my VISA ends on Nov 30, 2014.

How much is the maximum amount, I have to show as my balance to sponsor each visitor visa.

1. As long as your legally present in the US at the time of sponsoring, that is all matter. It does not matter how soon your visa expires after that.
2. Something like $5,000/person would be good.
