My mother-in-law is having visitor visa interview next week, I booked the appointment through www.ttsservices.com before the new visa booking system came into affect, I have read in some information that i need(Sponsor) needs to send my wife Original Birth Certificate is required and also my mother-in-law needs to take DS-157 form ? I read in some places that only male applicants needs to fill DS-157 along with DS-156.

I appreciate any one help me on this immediately that would be really greatful,

If you booked appointment through TTS, original birth certificate is not required.
DS-157 is required or not depends upon the consulate you are going to.

For anyone scheduling an appointment through VFS, original birth certificate and DS-157 for applicants is required.
