Name issue

My mother's name in her passport is slightly different from that in my Father's passport (spouse's name).
The family name is same but given name has 2 characters different(SRI Vs SREE) .
I am planning to apply for visa for both of them.
Is this going to be an issue. Please advise.

For each parent, the individual petition should use the parent's name as shown on the individual passport.
