Hi,
I’m applying for a visa and need some help.
After my wife and I filled up the visa application forms and got our DS-160s, we started the process to get an appointment for the interview and for the OFC (via USTraveldocs.com). While filling up the details for my wife, we added on ‘family members’ i.e. me, to her application. We then got the payment slip which clearly indicated that we need to pay 320 USD for 2 people. I made this payment, got my receipt and fixed up the appointment through my wife’s login. We then got an appointment confirmation by email which names my wife as the applicant, but this confirmation states that No. Of applicant is ‘2’ and gives my MRV payment details in addition to hers.
Just wanted to confirm whether i need to fix up an appointment separately for myself, or does this confirmation suffice - and will it allow both of us to go for the OFC anf visa interview at the same time?
Any help would be appreciated.
