Queries: Getting B2 Visa

I have the following doubts.
(1) Me and wife planning to visit US for travel reasons and meet relatives there. Already I have B1/B2 Visa with multiple entries (10 yr) - earlier i visited couple of times of business purpose - so i don't think i need to reapply for tourist visa for myself?
(2) I need to apply for tourist visa for my wife - i believe she need to file DS160 online, take interview to get visa. Is there any supporting documents that she needs? If yes, what are they? If she needs any document from the relatives who stay in USA is needed & Insurance is needed during the visa interview etc?

Any pointers would be of help.

1. You don't need visa as long as your current visa stamp has not expired.

1) yes, you do not need to apply for another visa . use the old one.
2) More important than documents is the information you complete on the DS160 form( mainly the purpose, who is paying, duration and income )
still she must carry a copy of your visa and proof of your income( and hers if she is earning and self paying). Host's invitation is required only if
you mention them as the primary purpose of visit. If you mention pure tourism with stays in hotels , there is no need for an invitation.

Insurance is not required for the visa purpose.
