family invitation letter

i have a question , for a family of two children , (15 and 18 )should we make separate invitation letter, if not how can we write it ,that to with self sponsor by the father?

ur post is not very clear. If they are applying together, one invite is enough. why is there a doubt?

anyone else going with them? who is inviting? which country are the applying?
