visitor visa

Hi

My mom is going for a visitor visa in December, to chennai consulate. She is a home maker. She has property. But the name in the property is different(ie. one name added) from the name specified in the Passport. Is that okay, to get the letter from notary public. or we should change it.

Do whatever since there will be a lot more important issues (like her family ties and her husband's income (if applicable)) than property
papers which most likely will not be looked at.
