i had my second visa interview on the 17th and the interview went on for 25mins!!!at the end of it i got a 10 year multiple entry!!!
just wanted people to know wht questions were asked so it could help them,esp docs who apply.
vo:hi,how r u?
me:hi,am fine,how r u?
vo:why do you wannna go?
me:step2cs exam on ....
vo:where?
me:....
vo:why are you giving this exam in the us only?
me:as this is a practical exam its conducated in the us only.
vo:who is sponsering?
me:my parents and self.
vo:wht do your parents do?
me:they are docs(and their details)
vo:was your visa rejected last time?
me:yes sir it was.
vo:why did you write tht you will stay for 5mths last time?
me:as i wanted to give two exams.
vo:then why are you giving only one exam?
me:i will give one exam then come back home and then go again for the exam and it would turn out cheaper.
vo:wht was the last degree you got?
me:m.b.b.s
(he asked for the degree certificate)
vo:after tht wht did you do?
me:worked at an hospital.
(asked for letter from the doc)
vo:how did you do in your step1?
me:did well sir(gave him score report)
vo:do you have confirmation for the exam?
me:yes
(gave him the letter of confirmation)
then he asked me to go and wait and then after wht seemed eternity...i was called again.
vo:do you have relatives in the us?
me:no sir
vo:are you telling me the truth?
me:yes sir.
vo:friends?
me:yes sir i do.
vo:when do you plan to return?
me:gave him date.
vo:best of luck for your exam,do well.
anybody out there who had their visa rejected plzzz plzzz dont give up hope.just re-apply and practice giving the interview.and most important....TELL THE TRUTH!
