visa rejected - how to reapply

Dear Sir,

My sister is the New york and wanted me to visit her. I was working with Ashok Leyland and was relieved on April 30th 2014. I have got admission to the MBA programme at IIFt delhi. I had submitted this document but unfortunately the document states that the admission is a provisional one, though i have paid the fees. How should i re-apply and what is the supporting document needed.

are you single? Please give details of the last interview. Did the officer ask you for any documents? who did you mention as funding your trip in the form?
and what was the duration of visit you wrote?
What is your sister's visa status?

Sir - i had my interview today (May8th). The officer asked me for my present status and told him that i had resigned from my company on April 30th. I told him that i got admission at iift and he asked me for the same. He told me that it was written as a provisional admission, though i should him the receipt of the first installment fee.
He did not ask me about who would be funding my trip. (though i have mentioned that my brother-in-law would.) My sister has gone on a dependent visa.

what was the purpose and duration you wrote on the form?

sorry i missed out - i am single. i had mentioned in the form that i am going for a vacation for 3 weeks (tourist).

just left the job and you are young and single,going on your relative's sponsorship, most officers would not have asked anything more and denied right there.
But this one gave you a chance to prove your student enrolment .

documents are not important at all. Next time the officer may not even look at anything.
In my opinion, chances are slim and you should apply only when you are admitted in the course , show yourself as a full time student,
going during vacation time and show your own or parent's funding.

As peace999 said , all the variables were against you, you need to prepare very well if you are intending to reapply, be totally clear on what to answer, the questions will probably be the same as before. but you have to give enough cause for the Counselor to think that you are presenting something different.
