Is income provable through IT returns? If yes, It may be easy. As for sister, how old is she? May not be a straightforward case for her as she is young but a university enrollment proof should work in her favor

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Kindly guide me if visa officer do not consider her for a visa, is there a chance of visa refusal of rest applicants ?

She certainly has better chances if she goes with you for the interview. I dont think the other members will be denied even if she is. take proof of her university enrollment.
