Help regarding visa appointment urgent...........

hello
we took a visa appointment for my parents online before oct 3rd in english at chennai. now we want to change it to telugu.can we do it online?or it should be done throght the vfs process.plz help.

If you took the appointment through TTS, you have to go through TTS to make any changes like that.
