hey senior member

sir am from spain and one of good friend from USA invite me to visit him this summer
i have a business here married here too witha spanish girl but as per law i havent apply
for my spamnish nationality yet thats why i need a visa to go USA

my business is all on my name and i payed all my taxes and also i have a one
employer and my financial posiotin is good as i have over 4000 euros in my account
to self sponsor my trip.
i want to go for 15 days only

my friend send me a invitation next week
my question is following

i sponsor my trip mt self so do i need anything ellse apart of invitation from my friend
he has a good business there

second question is my wife dont want to travel that long is that ok my going alone
whats is my chances

i have a european residant card and i been to most of the european countries
like frace germany sweden denmark norway holland Portugal and couple more
is that anything in my favor

please guide so i kick off my ds form next week with your guidelines

what business do you do? for how many years?
what is your rough income yearly?
do you have any relatives in US? on what visas?

Am from Pakistan originally
Business from almost a year
Have no relative in USA
Am in a fruit business a fruit store and also
Deliver fruits to bar and resturent
Am in Europe from 4 years

See, going to visit a friend alone is usually not a good purpose. As the officers think you have something else in mind.Especially when you are already a migrant
from another country, so they think you have potential to migrate to US also.

I suggest you go with your wife as a tourist for a few weeks, on a tour package; you will have a better chance.

Pluse the most important thing you have not mentioned is your income. Any way you apply they will first look at your income.
It is a deciding factor. So apply only when you have strong income not just few thousand euros in the bank.

I earn over 2500 euros a month and after pay my dues I save around 1400 to 1600 a month
As.you know business goes up and down I mentioned about 4000 euros it's my current bank statement and visit my friend plus tourism
Is my purpose to go USA
But don't you think I have good enough ties
To prove my intention to come back after my
Visit
I have a car on my name too and have a employer too

Purpose is also very important.

the officer will think why you are not taking your wife if your purpose is tourism.

If you want to go alone, your purpose should be business, related to your work.

Or first take wife on tourism and if you get a long term visa , you can use that next time to visit friend, business alone.

Sir actually my wife vacations due in July and we already plan for benidorum here is Spain that's why she can't travel with me rt now Becoz of her job and am only goin for 15 days
To see my friend and tourism
Am confuse now what to do either try my visa or give up
