reconfirmation of visa appointment

Hi,
I booked an appointment thru tts before oct 3rd for my parents next week. Today I noticed that there is a link for re confirming the appointmnet. Should I reconfirm the appintment or is it ok even If i don't do that. Do my parents have to take a printout of the appoinment receipt again if i have to reconfirm. Please let me know as the appointment os for next week.

for those of you who have similiar doubt here is what i did just now.
I reconfirmed the appoinment and got the message "Your application is Reconfirmed successfully "

There is no need to print the appointment receipt again since it did not display any message or changes in the receipt

Hi,
I also reconformed our appointment, but what if we don't go for interview. Because as soon as i saw the reconform option on tts visa site , I just did it. Now my parents have some problem to go to interview, Is it ok????please let me know
